Reworks the Ticking Time Bomb perk to activate its explosion instantly when your OS is activated, with the lingering mitigation buff active.
The Ticking Time Bomb perk can feel pretty inconsistent when put to use. This mod activates the explosion instantly after you use or Operating System (Sandevistan, Berserk) or go into Overdrive mode, and the mitigation you'd get from 'charging up' stays even after the explosion. Also, the buff isn't removed if you de-activate your Sandevistan!
