Throwing Weapon Kerenzikov Fix

- Fixes an issue where Kerenzikov would instantly end the moment the throw button is pressed, even if the player is still holding the aim button.

- Also fixes Air Kerenzikov behavior, when player being falling down during the throwing animation, make accurate throws impossible.
