Stamina Regen Fixes

Why this mod?

Cyberpunk 2077 has a long-standing issue where Sandevistan time dilation also slows stamina regeneration delay and recovery rate. The stronger the slowdown effect, the worse it gets — making stamina recovery painfully sluggish during Sandevistan use, and nearly nonfunctional with high-end cyberware like Militech Apogee Sandevistan.

Instead of addressing the underlying mechanic, CDPR worked around the problem by giving Apogee bonus stamina on kill to compensate for the broken regeneration behavior. The core issue, however, still remains.

While developing a proper fix, I also discovered that stamina regeneration rate is internally capped at 125%, despite players being able to exceed that value through vanilla consumables, perks, and buffs — reaching roughly 173% regen rate under normal gameplay conditions. This hidden cap severely limits build potential and breaks several intended stamina-focused playstyles.

This mod fixes both problems by correcting how stamina regeneration interacts with time dilation and removing the unnecessary hard cap on regeneration rate. Below is a quick showcase of the issue and what this mod fixes.
