I've found a way to skip certain cutscenes that normally won't allow the player to skip dialogues. Hope this would help the gamers with their New Game+ experience.
1. Install Dank Rafft's Simple Menu mod
2. Open misc.lua in "Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\simplemenu\ui\tabs" with a text editor
3. Search "slowMoDilation" and change the maximum dilation value to 10. 0 (Check out the video above)
4. Set up a hotkey
5. Press the hokey when you wanna skip conversations
Future plan: Make a standalone version but I am too lazy :)
