Hotkey to toggle Sandevistan time dilation on/off. Works in dialogues and cutscenes.
Toggle Sandevistan-style time dilation on/off with a hotkey.
Slows the world to 0. 3x while keeping V at normal speed. Works everywhere including dialogues, cutscenes, and scenes where normal Sandevistan activation is blocked. Press again to deactivate.
Purely cosmetic time slow. Does not consume cyberware charges or trigger cooldowns.

Bind the hotkey in CET hotkey menu under "SandevistanToggle". Press once to activate, press again to deactivate. Time freezes for the world, not for V.
