Sandevistan Tech Charge Fix

Why this mod?

In Cyberpunk 2077, Tech weapon charge times are affected by Sandevistan’s time dilation. While the world slows down, Tech weapons take that slow as a factor, making charging them dramatically slower when Sandevistan is active.

The stronger the Sandevistan slowdown effect, the worse the issue becomes — charging a Tech weapon during high-end Sandevistan usage can feel painfully impractical and disrupt combat flow.

In the demo below, a DB-2 Satara takes 13. 3 seconds to fully charge during Apogee Sandevistan is active — despite the Sandevistan itself only lasting 6 seconds.

By the time your shotgun finishes charging:
