💀 THE PREMISE

You are a high-profile target in Night City. Arasaka, Netwatch, and Rogue AIs are constantly trying to breach your systems.

This mod introduces Random Netrunner Attacks to your gameplay.

During combat, you may suddenly hear a warning alarm and see a custom "Enemy Upload" bar on your HUD. You have a few seconds to prepare before the hack hits.

Will it be a simple Weapon Jam? A deadly Overheat? Or will the system glitch and grant you Infinite RAM?

• [] Random Encounters: Fully configurable system that triggers remote hacks while you play. No physical enemy required – the Net itself is hunting you.

  [] Immersive UI: Custom "Upload Progress" bar, warning sounds, and visual screen glitches (VFX) that fit perfectly into the game's aesthetic.

  [] Deep Customization: Use the Native Settings UI menu to tweak frequency, difficulty, damage scaling, and allowed effects.

  [] Smart System: Hacks only trigger when you are in combat (configurable), so you won't die during cutscenes.

  ⚡ AVAILABLE HACKS & EFFECTS

  The mod features a wide range of effects with level scaling (Level 1 to 4).

  🔴 Hostile Hacks (The Bad):

  • [] Overheat: V catches fire. Scales from mild burns to a deadly inferno.

    [] Contagion: Slow, long-lasting poison damage.

    [] Short Circuit (EMP): Massive shield/health damage and screen distortion.

    [] Reboot Optics: You are blind. Survive until your eyes reboot.

    [] Weapon Glitch: Guns jammed. You cannot shoot or reload.

    [] Cripple Movement: Legs disabled. You cannot run or dash.

    [] Suicide: Instant flatline (can be disabled in settings for a non-lethal "Critical Damage" alternative).

    🟢 System Glitches (The Good):

    Rarely, the breach might fail and grant you a buff instead.

    • [] Adrenaline Rush: Super movement speed.

      [] Ghost Protocol: Temporary Invisibility (Optical Camo).

      [] Overclock: Infinite RAM regeneration.

      [] God Mode: Temporary invulnerability.

      [] Ammo Drop: Instantly refills all ammo reserves.

      🟡 World Events:

      [] Police Raid: Instantly gain Wanted levels (from 1 Star up to MaxTac).

      [] System Cleanse: Removes all negative status effects and wanted levels.
