Quick Weapon Select for controller

Simple redscript file that allows for fast switching between weapons on controller by holding Y/Triangle and pressing one of the D-Pad buttons:

dpad_left - Weapon Slot 1

dpad_up - Weapon Slot 2

dpad_right - Weapon Slot 3

dpad_down - arm cyberware.

After pressing down and holding Y/Triangle there is 0. 4 second window during which pressing one of the D-Pad buttons will switch weapon as described above.

I find the default weapon switching mechanics in Cyberpunk2077 extremely clunky sometimes when playing with controller. As an example: You currently have your Gorilla Arms equipped and want to switch to your Sniper Rifle which you have equipped in last weapon slot. You have two options:

- Slowly press Y/Triangle three times ( if you press it too fast the game will read it as double tap and holster the weapon).

- Hold Y/Triangle ~1 second for weapon wheel to pop up, select your 3rd weapon slot and confirm the selection.

Both of those options feel extremely clunky in combat, far cry from using mouse and keyboard where you just press 1/2/3/4 and instantly select corresponding weapon slot. This mod seeks to alleviate that issue at least a bit.
