River - New icons and pictures (Night City Detective add-on)

Since making my Night City Detective mod and actually playing with it, it's been bugging me how all the in-game pictures of River still has his vanilla appearance, and therefore breaks my immersion.

So I made this.

Inspired by Randy Hospital Photo Replacer, this mod aims to edit every picture of River within the game.

Right now, this edits:

- database preview

- database fullsize

- holo icon

- Randy hospital picture sent my Joss

The only one I'm missing to my knowledge is the photo of River and Joss inside the Kutcher trailer. If anyone wanna help me find the files for that one, as well as any other I've missed, I'll happily edit those too.

Three versions, named after the corresponding A/B/C overhauls from my Night City Detective mod.

One optional file. My own take on the photo Joss sends V from the hospital.

Personally, I think the text conversation being named 'Randy says hi', as well as Joss writing that he'll soon be able to thank V in person, makes it sound like Randy is supposed to be more involved in actually taking the picture for V. So I snapped this cute picture with this in mind.

(Got a little emotional when working on this because I realized just how much Randy looks like his uncle...)

COMPATIBILITY

- Fully compatible and intended to be used with Night City Detective OR other mods altering River's appearance.

- Incompatible with other mods changing character icons, as most of the main characters' icons are pulled from one and the same giant picture, which I've only edited for River within this mod. For clarification, check IMAGES.

- Incompatible with Randy Hospital Photo Replacer (if using my optional file)

INSTALL

- Choose one main file

- Download and unzip

- Drop the folders directly into your game directory

\Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077 or \GOG Galaxy\Games\Cyberpunk 2077

UNINSTALL

- Remove all downloaded files from game directory

(all my file names start with 'zainclaw' to easily locate them)
