ABOUT AND WHY I MADE THIS:
Simply enables the user to go from resolution scaling of 10 - 100 in a 1 step scale.
I made this after Cyberpunk ran like trash at 50 resolution scale, and I wanted more flexibility with my performance.
I'm planning on expanding this mod as time goes on, and possibly even make more mods.
