Ripperdoc Sogo Interior Changes

Ripperdoc Sogo decided to move his bed into the back room. He then turned that area into an actual waiting room!

I always thought the bed and sleeping NPC in his clinic were out of place. So I removed them and created a small waiting room. This is a pretty simple mod that just adds some actual furniture and a few NPC's.
