Dogtown Longshore vendor fixes

Phantom Liberty is required

The main thing I wanted to fix was the assortment of items offered by the kid vendor. The kid selling the items always yells: "Generators, filters, injection pumps," and a couple other phrases, but none of those things are shown on the ground. I removed the random shoes, books, drinks, etc and added in items I thought better fit with what the kid was advertising.

I then fixed the other street vendor's assortment to better match what they have on the first blue carpet as well. The other carpet had tons of random clipping drinks and misc. items on it.

Install instructions:

Download with Vortex, or manually install to your games main dir.
