Unique Ripperdocs:
Ripperdoc service fee, material cost, upgradable Tier, and Tier of the purchasable Cyberwares in stock are all set based on the Ripperdoc's story and player's choice in relevant quests.
V also own Viktor more by default.
When used with RipperDeck, cost is be calculated based on the last Ripperdoc you visited and you are paying him/her for every operation until you visit another one.
Max sellable tier was set to Tier 4 to encourage players to upgrade instead of making purchases, and you'll need to access the UniqueRipperdoc.reds if you wish to adjust them
