Allows you to toggle certain effects caused by Cyberware like Sandevistan and other stuff off whenever you like!
Also adds some toggleable alternative effects :)
you often need to download many modules for all effects and it deactivates them permanently as long as you have the .archive files in your folder.
I instead use cet to change tweakdb values,
that means I can gather all effects and put them into one settings menu so you can toggle anything on or off whenever you like.
This results into just one file needed to be downloaded.
