Brings back to NPCs resistances and vulnerabilities effects removed in 2.0 patch.
Patch 2. 0 removed resistances and vulnerabilities from basic NPCs. This mod brings them back.
Also added chemical resistance and fire vulnerability to Barghest since there was none in patch 1. 6 (airdrop guns actually useful now)
Works on REDmod and tweaks Character.faction_base files. So probably not compatible with any mod that changes them (That includes Lifepath bonuses, Immersive Cyberpunk city, Enemies of Night City)
