Makes the Technical Ability Perk: "Renaissance Punk" scale with Attribute level instead of only giving a 4 Cyberware Capacity bonus at level 9. Now level 4 Attributes give 2 Cyberware Capacity, level 15 attributes give 6 Cyberware Capacity, and level 20 Attributes give 8 Cyberware Capacity.
