So I made "reduced Bullet Tracers" mod to Reduce Tracers by 99%, I recommend using it because vanilla tracers were so thick & not parallel to the gun's barrel.
Installation:
unzip into the game's root folder, done. or use Vortex
Detailed: download the mod file -> unzip(uncompress) it
-> open the resulted folder and go to /archive/pc/mod ->
copy the file "reducedMuzzleFlash#.archive" into:
\Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod or \Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod
Uninstallation:
remove the "reducedMuzzleFlash#.archive" file from
{Cyberpunk 2077 install folder}\archive\pc\mod}
Required mods: None - this is an independent mode
