Psychodeck

This mod adds a new brand of OP cyberdecks to the game. The two included let you equip most or all quickhacks currently in-game. For people that want it all.

I call these monstrously overpowered cyberdecks Psychodecks because no one in the game sporting this cyberware would ever get away without becoming cyber-psychos. It's too much power for them but maybe just enough for us. Currently, this includes two versions: Psychotech Origin & Psychotech Maxima.

Both of these cyberdecks sport significant RAM & an unreal number of quickhack slots, 13 & 17 respectively. Why? Well, just because I wanted to see if I could pull it off properly to be honest. Origin's 13 slots is just enough to let you equip every Legendary quickhack, while Maxima's 17 slots allow for all of them. The main differences between the two versions other than number of slots available is a +25% bonus to most buff values in regard to the Maxima. They both contain a long list of cherry picked abilities though the Maxima sports one extra. I really wanted it to be the ultimate cheat. I hope you guys find them useful & happy hacking. ?

Update 12/11/23: The next major update for this mod is like 90% done. It will do far more than this mod originally did. There are still a couple major bugs to work out, but once they're resolved I'll put out a functional BETA. It'll still be a work in progress, but so far it works pretty well & is a lot of fun actually IMO. Look forward to it!

Creator Notes:

I haven't made it very far in-game yet so can't fully test these. I'd appreciate if you guys can report back on how well they work.

Please understand these key things about these cyberdecks:

1. I made these to give us the potential to equip most & even all quickhacks, but it does not mean you have to use all them all at once. I will not lessen the number of slots so DO NOT ASK THAT! The slots themselves do nothing!

2. I hold no responsibility for how quickhacks interact with one another & whatever quirks they create. These decks are unlikely to ever be directly related to any game bugs. Bugs involving them would likely only be related to whether the values & effects apply correctly.

3. The items themselves are meant to simulate having the best cyberdecks in the game equipped all at once. I tried not to greatly exceed maximum values already used in the game by other cyberdecks. The highest typical value used by any in the vanilla game is 75%
