changes some of the base game hud/ui icons and fx and swaps them for the 48 minute e3 demo ones

- Dex, Jackie and Meredith stout holo call avatar pulled directly from the 48 minute demo video
- e3 2018 stylized overhead subtitles
- e3 2018 hit marker (no more kill markers just hit marker)
- e3 2018 loot icons
- removed the quick time event bar for more immersion
- E3 weapon icons painfully made from scratch added
- E3 mantis blade cyberware icon (made from scratch)
- E3 2019 demo grenade icon
