PPLMAO - Posthaste PL main act operation

MADE IT JUST FOR PUN... ALL PUN INTENDED!

The idea for the mechanism is actually from a Nexus comment by idlerascal that I saw yesterday. Credits go to them.

For me, the narrative sweet spot for PL beginning is before finishing the VDBs quest chain -- during I Walk the Line, when we return to Brigitte and she offers to dive into our head, we have the option to refuse and leave (and who can blame us here, given the VDB's shady antics thus far).

If we've tried to get help from Rogue -- and be cckblocked by a hefty fee -- at this point we have no other solution.  Until conveniently Songbird swoops in with a lifeline.

This then occurs before the notion of accessing Mikoshi is introduced -- I find the narrative makes more sense to pursue PL's storyline to its end, it being our only option at that point, before having to return to Brigitte and developing the Mikoshi plan with Johnny / Alt, etc.

What it does:

Makes the Phantom Liberty questline accessible a bit earlier than vanilla.

With vanilla, PL's earliest possible activation is after Transmission.

With this mod, PL's earliest possible activation is before Transmission.

MIGHT NOT BE IMMERSIVE FOR SOME DIALOGUE.

How to start Phantom Liberty:

• []Finish I Walk the Line.[/]

  []During Transmission, do not accept Brigitte's offer.[/]

  []Leave the building.[/]

  []Transmission's "Call Brigitte to accept her help" should appear. (PL won't trigger without this.)[/]

  []Once V is far enough from Brigitte and Dogtown's border, Songbird will now call and start Dog Eat Dog.

  Also, I think idlerascal has a point. At that point in my last playthrough, V is desperate for answers.

  But commissioning Rogue is expensive, even more so with Live A Little. Takemura has yet to call. And the only hope is with the VDBs, who just tried to fuck V over. Songbird coming in amidst all that really feels like a miraculous lifeline.

  I only did some light testing, so keep that in mind.

  My mod works with OPLI installed. The problem is, I'm not yet sure if OPLI works without issues when my mod is installed. OPLI is an amazing mod with lots of features, who's to say my simple mod won't break some of those features under the hood?
