Description:
Phone Extension Framework creates an easy entry point to add your custom phone dialogs and push HUD notifications (text messages only for now).
To add a new phone contact you need to create a child of PhoneEventsListener, set up unique contact hash through GetContactHash, fill in contact details through GetContactData and add/init your custom contact in NewHudPhoneGameController. OnInitialize - see CustomContactExample provided with the framework.
