If I were to recreate this mod from scratch I could probably do it within thirty minutes to a hour. It depends on how long it would take to find the correct audio file and the correct subtitle file. So if anyone has any requests I will consider those too.

There is one tiny downside to this mod and that is that the Overhead Subtitles for Panam's comments will be just three dots. For example, [...] will be hovering above her head when she is supposed to say these lines. I highly doubt that you will be looking at her while you are sneaking around and you can turn off Overhead Subtitles in-game so this shouldn't be much of an issue.

Also, for the people who don't play the game in English the subtitles will probably remain in their entirety and will not be blank. I have no idea whether or not the muted audio will remain as well.
