Pacifica Shores - Threadbare Crib

An improved version of the beach house mod first created by bigpoppajuan.

The location is great, the house was a bit barebones, so i took the liberty and "finished" the mod.

This little crib has become available for purchase, at a measly price of 47. 000. 000, scratch that, 47k eddies.

I lied, it actually costs 47500.

Has all basic native interactions.

Has a nice pool of water very close by if you feel like bathing, its called the ocean.

You can sleep with the fishes here.

You can or cannot view the amazing sunset over the horizon at noon, it all depends on the weather.

This new home of yours is not supposed to be ultra-delux-high tech rich-guy snobville,

but its a house you can afford, cheap, dilapidated, but fun and cozy.

----so in short, i took that mod i mentioned, and finished it, made the house enjoyable and looking like an actual apartment now. Added the bathroom, as it did not have one. Now you can poop in peace.

-------The whole design is meant to be shabby, threadbare, shady....thats why its so cheap. This is supposed to be the cheapest ocean shore villa you could ever buy on this planet,,,yes, including real world real  estate prices.

Step one: download the original mod:

Step two: install the original mod.

Step three: delete the mod you just installed 1 second ago.

Step four: install this mod, because it has the original streamingsector included.

(if you load noth tho, nothing bad will happen)

- Why  tho? to save on .archive file slots, so 1 instead of 2)

Step five: endorse the original mod.

Step six: endorse this one mabye, if you like it.

Step seven: check again step three, you shouldnt have both installed at the same time,

- just the open beach houses mod, my mods will never require any prop packs,

i dont like unoptimized random asset packs anyway that clutter my ssd,,, 2gb for a single 100kb house mod ??? nope
