Cut Content - Crunch Plaza Access

...update: ...//--->{COMPLETE}.... Native Interactions Framework integration, --->{COMPLETE}, --->...//finished the vanilla empty plaza, from now on only bugfixing will occur.

The mentality of my project was, "keep it light and keep it vanilla, dont change anything"

My mod restores access to the 4th level of Crunch Plaza in NC City Center.

It also adds decorations (lightweight) and makes the place as if it was frequented and littered by npcs, by adding:

- security cameras

- spillt food

- vases, benches, trash cans, etc

- a new restaurant

- 4 public bathrooms (its a plaza, so the residents should have toilets, plazas tend to have them irl)

- a bunch of Native Interactions ---> AWESOME views from high vantage points. (bring a good sniper rifle)

- ive decorated (lighweight) those damn empty bridges.

- ive used environmental storytelling all over the place (i tried to hide fun little items all around, like an easter egg hunt)

These areas is very limited in the vanilla game, its mostly an empty space as if CDPR half finished it, then moved on and forgot to ever come back to it.

My mod tries to keep the vanilla layout and "feel" as much as it can. Obviously with adding new stuff too, like public toilets, interactions, a new restaurant,

and detail to this bland and unfinished plaza.

------Ive built a 5th floor, through which you can access the locked down 4th floor if you go around it.

--------Ive tried to integrate it as much as i could, not to stand out and to look and feel vanilla.

---------id love to complete the Gun Range shop, by finishing its Firing Range, and also the Metal Heaven club, then adding 1 or 2 purchasable shops / and / or / hideout on the now unlocked and accessible 4th level rooftop (its a construction zone in vanilla,,,i left it like that, untouched, on purpose. vanilla is good, fps friendly)

Its a nice ... cough....cough.....okay im lying,,,its not nice...but its something...so you can sleep there, its your new temporary backup shelter my friend.

bug: for the life of me i cant get these damn mirrors in native integration to work.

...mkay they do have functionalities (all of them), but they are blurry asf (this checks out,,its a plaza, the residents messed them mirrors up..so no prob)
