Welcome to Enhanced Phantom Liberty.
Only supports Songbird, Reed, Myers and Kurt.
Using AI and my knowledge of photoshop, I was able to tweak, enhance & upscale the four main character's textures in Phantom Liberty.
This mod is fully compatible with NPC ReTexture Project and all the files associated.
This mod works in the background, activates upon download and is one simple install. This only affects faces, some body and all clothing normal textures as I am unable to access any other textures (and the file would be too big).
This mod should be compatible (tested) with other NPC mod's, even those that change textures! to do this, set the mod you wish to use alongside this one at high priority by putting an ! in front of it in archive folder.
