NPC Status Effect Indicator Fix

Why this mod?

        Vanilla Cyberpunk 2077 displays status effects above NPCs using the same UI slot as the stealth indicator, meaning only the highest-priority effect is visible at a time. Status effect icons can also disappear when the stealth indicator is shown or quickhack upload indicators take over the shared display.

This mod fixes that by giving status effects their own dedicated icon strip based on the player's buff bar widget, leaving the stealth indicator exclusively for stealth detection. Multiple status effects can now be shown simultaneously without conflicting with stealth indicators or quickhack indicators.

Whether you've set enemies on fire, poisoned them, made them bleed, or stacked several effects at once, you'll finally be able to see every active status effect instead of only whichever one happened to win the UI fight.
