Remove blurry effect from NPC's dressings, including clothes, skirt, jacket, boots, gloves, mask and so on.
This mod is building for those players who hate the blurry effect on NPC's dressings. It makes those frosted plastic materials on NPC's dressings totally transparent. 60+ dressings are included. It even includes a transparent umbrella. (But I have not found the umbrella in game for screenshot.)
V's dressings are not affected. I know you have many dressing mods for V which may replace mesh files, so I don't want to mess things up. Only NPCs will be affected.
