Mutes the annoying buzzing sound if one holds down on the scrollbar
Ever noticed the scrollbar buzzing sound while holding down the mouse button? No. Well, I had a broken mouse wheel for awhile and noticed very fast. Using the scrollbar in the inventory while looking through (clothing) items got really annoying, really fast (at least to me). So I made a mod to remove that sound. And now I'm sharing it.

-Fixed the radioport issue
