NPCs driving Shion MZ2s are apparently road ragers and won't let go of their horn whenever they honk.
Until this bug is fixed in any real capacity this is a temporary solution that simply mutes the horn.
Installation:
This is a redmod, so just drop the mods folder into your Cyperpunk 2077 folder and repackage the redmods using REDprelauncher.exe
