📋 About This Mod

This mod is compatible with 2. 1!What does this mod do?

It makes normal melee kills activate the finisher status effect as if you performed the finisher animation.

You still need the required finisher perk for the weapon type, of course.

  • []Blunt melee kills restore 20% health.

[]Bladed melee kills restore 25% health (if you have the Flash of Steel perk, it will also activate).

[]Monowire melee kills restore 15% health and 5 RAM.

[]Knife & Axe kills (whether melee or thrown) will restore 25% health.

The amount of health you receive will be increased by the two skill progression bonuses, Solo 50 (+25% Health after performing a Finisher.) and Solo 60 (When Berserk is active: +50% Health from performing Finishers).

If you're worried about balance, there is also a 50 Percent version, which will instead only give 50% of the finisher bonus.

  • []Blunt melee kills restore 10% health.

[]Bladed melee kills restore 12. 5% health (if you have the Flash of Steel perk, it will also activate).

[]Monowire melee kills restore 7. 5% health and 2. 5 RAM.

[]Knife & Axe kills (whether melee or thrown) will restore 12. 5% health.

The fully animated finishers (the ones you press or for) will still give you the full amount.

What does activate the Finisher bonus:

  • []Normal melee attack kills

[]Strong melee attack kills (includes leap attacks)

[]Thrown attack kills (exclusive to Knives & Axes)

    []Sliding melee attack kills

    []Counter melee attack kills

    []Equip melee attack kills

    []Crouch melee attack kills

    []Jump melee attack kills

    []Bike melee attack kills

    []Wrecking Ball kills

    []Bullet Deflect kills

    []Quake kills

    []Savage Sling kills

What does not activate the Finisher bonus:

  • []Kills from status effects (e.g. The enemy bleeding out from a Katana attack or burning to death from Thermal Gorilla Arms)

✨ Key Features

Melee kills now grant the finisher health bonus.
Thrown kills with Knives and Axes also grant the health bonus.
Monowire kills grant 5 RAM in addition to the 15% health.
Requires the relevant weapon type perk.

📊 Pros & Cons

✅ Pros

  • Turns melee builds into self-sustaining powerhouses—every kill tops you off.
  • Thrown weapon fans get love too, so you can stay at range and still heal.
  • Monowire gets a unique bonus that rewards aggressive hacking-adjacent play.

⚠️ Cons

  • Only 91 endorsements—small but dedicated following, so expect niche polish.
  • Last updated in November 2023—might not be patched for the latest game updates.
🎯 Is This For You?
For Cyberpunk 2077 players who love melee builds and want more sustain without relying on quickhacks. Also great for knife-throwers and monowire users who want extra rewards for their playstyle. Skip if you prefer ranged or stealth gameplay—this mod is purely about melee finisher bonuses.
