Overhauls Johnny's iconic Malorian pistol : We have a city to burn!
- Removed a noticeable gap between quick melee & reload
- You can burst fire when you charge the button
- Now quick melee can dismember enemies! There are two versions.
A. Apply lvl. 4 contagion debuff: enemies will explode as you ignite them with fireblast!

B. Apply cutting grenade debuff: enemies will be ripped to shreds when their health is 10% or below of their max HP (except bosses and maxtacs). Warning: This will change the vanilla cutting grenade as well; its instant-kill threshold was 25% but this mod changes it to 10%
