Actually Powerful HMG - with dismemberment lag fix

Makes HMG really powerful, as God intended:

-Faster attack speed

-Devilish damage (literally and figuratively)

-Armor piercing

-No overheating (Max ammo is still 200)

-Now all HMG in the game are Legendary++ (Even when you/enemies are low level)

Even with Maxed out V you will die in 2~3 hit, so if you see a turret, RUN

(or go rip it off and reign terror on your enemies)

Check out the optional file if dismemberment causes weird mesh visual glitches and lag

When I killed enemies too quickly their dismemberment effect glitched out and caused serious lag for me. To fix this I disabled "spawning guts" which is one feature of the dismemberment system. Enemies still lose their limbs and stuff but supposedly it should reduce the gore effect in some way, although tbh I could barely notice.
