Main Menu - 2013 Teaser Theme (Bullets by Archive)

This is an extremely simple mod I originally made for my own personal use. I didn't want to mute the menu entirely, but the default startup theme is... loud. Especially when you are relaunching the game constantly to test things, getting your ears blasted every single time gets old fast.

After years of playing and hours of listening to the vanilla theme, I felt it didn't quite fit the atmosphere anymore, especially post-Phantom Liberty. I wanted something that felt more grounded and connected to the game's roots.

The Music

The mod replaces the main menu theme with "Bullets" by Archive, the track from the original Cyberpunk 2077 Teaser Trailer.

• [] Main File: Uses the Instrumental Version. I personally recommend this one as it fits the "main menu" vibe much better. Moody, atmospheric, and less intrusive.

  [] Optional File: I have attached the Full Song version in the optional files if you prefer the vocals.

  Installation

  Method 1: Vortex (Recommended)

  I highly recommend installing via Vortex. It has the correct paths set up automatically and is the hardest method to mess up. Just download and enable.

  Method 2: Manual

  If you prefer not to use a mod manager, simply drag and drop the .archive file into your mod folder:

  Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod

  Uninstalling

  Simply navigate to the same path (Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod) and delete the file.

  Technical & Compatibility

  This mod is lightweight and conflict-free.

  • [] No Dependencies: Does not require CET, Redscript, or any other core mods.

    [] File ID: It replaces a single specific sound file: 749435057.wem.

  • Location: (archive/base/sound/soundbanks/media)

    Unless CDPR changes this specific ID number (which is unlikely), this mod will never require an update.

    Conflicts:

    Since this only touches one audio file, it is compatible with pretty much everything. Unless another mod tries to replace this exact specific audio ID, you won't have any issues.
