About
This is the first mod I ever started creating. It started out as a personal creation for my own character, to be a home for them, but after weeks of work I decided to make it it's own thing. If there are any bugs or issues other than those listed below, please let me know so I can fix them!
After the divorce, Mrs Gutierrez decided she no longer wanted to live in the apartment she had once shared with her husband, and left for new pastures. Following some redecoration and retrofitting, this apartment is fully furnished and ready for you to live in! It has over 45 interactions added with Native Interactions Framework, including a bed, shower, mirror, whiskey, tea, coffee, incense, railings to lean on, couches to sit, billiard and more, including a few secret fun spots. A weapons stash is also included, found in the cabinet near the big livingroom TV.

Important
DO NOT INSTALL BEFORE finishing the gig Until Death Do Us Part. This mod removes any items and electronics used in the quest so it will break and not allow you to finish it. You will also not be able to access the elevator before it.
Throughout testing, some users have occasionally had issues accessing the elevator. If this happens, just use AMM, focus on the outside elevator panel and press restore access in AMM. I will try to address this in a future update! Any bug posts for this issue will be removed.
Another issue sometimes found was three aggressive npc's randomly spawning right outside the elevator. I've tried removing these npcs so hopefully you won't encounter this!
