A simple removal mod, removing all the fence, barbed wire, trash and protesters from in front of the City Hall building. Isn't a five year protest long enough?
Shouldn't be any conflicts, it's just a removal file and as far as I've seen, no quests taking place there. Only issue I've come across is some fences have proxies which show up at further distances, haven't been able to remove these yet.
