Lootable Car Trunks

Didn't your parents teach you to NOT leave your valuables in the car? Especially in NC! I always thought it was weird that virtually every vehicle in Cyberpunk can be opened, yet outside of a few mission specific vehicles, they're ALWAYS empty. Lootable Car Trunks attempts to fix this. Now when you pass a parked empty car, pop the trunk and you might find something you can hawk for a few extra eddies.

Added a player vehicle check. Opening your trunk no longer has the possibility of triggering an alarm or cops.

Completely reworked the underlying audio framework. V2 no longer uses Audioware. V Voice Framework allows the mod to trigger existing voice lines directly from the game engine. This also brings the size of the mod WAY down since there are no bundled audio files.

I have also added sliders for the probability of each V response (you may want the lines that trigger when an alarm is tripped to happen more often for example).

Also triggering a built in car alarm sound rather than a custom one.

How it works:

Now, when you open a car trunk, there's a possibility of finding various kinds of loot. Quality of loot can scale with the quality of the vehicle. So fancy cars are more likely to have top tier items, military vehicles will have weapons, and beater cars will have junk. And there are sliders to determine the probability of nicer items. I did my best to remove all Iconics and quest-specific items for immersion and not accidentally breaking quests. Items range from clothing, to junk, to weapons, quickhacks, or crafting components. Pretty much anything you might find in a random loot chest. 

Car Anti-theft Alarm:

Don't get too brazen, because there is also a chance, that opening a trunk will trigger a car alarm. This will also raise your wanted level (this is capped at one star, because it's unlikely that stealing some threads from a gonk's car is a MaxTac level offense). This can also be scaled by vehicle quality level (fancy cars are MORE likely to trigger an alarm than cheap cars). And overall probability is set with a slider in the mod settings. Opening trunks near gangs will also likely trigger combat if you're spotted.

V Reactions:

Inspired by Responsive V, there are verbal reactions based on finding loot, finding nothing, and triggering an alarm. This is also controlled by a probability slider so the reactions don't happen too often. Fem V and Male V are both supported.

Shout Outs:

While I was testing out this mod, I noticed that police vehicles already had loot! I
