📋 About This Mod
I meant to work on this mod since I first completely the game with a shockingly low amount of Night City explored.
This mod does this so far:
- Edit some 30+ time sensitive quest objectives to better indicate points of no returns and give V some reason to go out and explore more
- Increase timing before calls from certain quest stages and NPCs (Takemura, Mr Hands in Pacifica)
- Increase Rogue's admission fee to 40,000 eddies (she is the Queen of the After Life.. she won't do your dirty work for less).
- Increase Clouds entrance fee to 10,000 eddies (you are getting a VIP Experience there... if you want a cheap lay, try JigJig Street).
Do I need to install all four files?
I broke down the mod into four pieces to allow you to customize it the way you want to play.
- LiveALitte: Quest objectives and prices changes for the main game
- LiveALittle timers: Only quest delay timers for the main game
- LiveALittlePL: Quest objective adjustments for Phantom Liberty
- LiveALittlePL timers: Quest delay timers for Phantom Liberty.
If you only want quest objectives, install the two quest objective files.
If you only want quest timers, only install the timer files.
If you want full functionality, you will have to install all four.
How much of the main quest was edited?
There are too many changes to quest objectives to list here but you can get a sense if you look at the sample translation file in the optional downloads.
Quest related amounts changed:
- Pay back Viktor's chrome before the Heist: €$63,000 - because he gave you top of the line Kyroshi optics, a gun interface, a face scrambler and a NCPD database access.
- Entry fee to Clouds: €$10,000 - Clouds provides high end experiences. If you want cheap, go to Jig Jig street,
- Rogue's admission fee to track down Hellman: €$40,000 - after running the Afterlife for decades, Rogue can afford to be picky with new clients, especially radioactive ones with a price on their head.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Huge community trust: 894 endorsements and 365k downloads show it's a go-to for many players
- Does exactly what it says: eases the main quest pacing so you can actually stop and smell the ramen
- Lightweight tweak that doesn't overhaul the game, just gives you space to breathe
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated July 2026, but with no version info, you might need to check compatibility with your current game patch
- Only affects main quest objectives—if you're looking for broader gameplay changes, this won't scratch that itch
For Cyberpunk 2077 players who feel the main story rushes them and want to explore Night City at their own pace. Perfect for roleplayers and completionists who hate missing side content. Skip if you want major gameplay overhauls or combat changes—this is a subtle pacing fix.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Since it's a simple mod, just drop the files into your Cyberpunk 2077 mod folder (usually 'Cyberpunk 2077/archive/pc/mod') and you're good to go.
- If you use other quest mods, check load order—this one should be fine, but keep an eye on conflicts.
- Make sure your game is up to date, as mods can break with new patches; check the mod page for any compatibility notes.
