Kerenzikov super Boost - mini Sandevistan

You will need Ye Olde Kerenzikov to make it work, that mod fix some bug and make Kerenzikov better. Most importantly, I made this mod base on its change and fix.

Kerenzikov Boost System

Cyberware Capacity: 3→18

Kerenzikov slow both you and enemy by 60%.

With this mod, enemy still slow by 60%, but you slow by 60%(same as enemy)/50%/40%/30%/20%/10%/0%(you are not slowed).

I test it in game it did work as I said above.

And Tier 5++ Kerenzikov‘s Duration time: 3. 75s→4s

so this works as a Sandevistan, but it not a really Sandevistan.
