I update this mod without checking the changelog. Then while playing, some gangsters ambushed me and I tried to get away ASAP but failed and crashed a few meters, the vehicle engine stopped and there I was receiving incoming fire and my vehicle didn't start! Super fun and tense!

Pedestrian Impacts
Being hit by a vehicle on foot is no longer a harmless animation.
- Hits below 20 km/h fall back to vanilla behaviour.
- Base instant-kill threshold starts at 30 km/h.
- Body adds +0. 75 km/h per point above 3.
- Technical Ability adds +1 km/h per point above 3.
- Stat Protection Scaling can scale raw Body/Tech protection from 0-200%.
- Perks can add extra threshold, survival chance, damage reduction, or resistance.
- Maximum pedestrian survivable threshold is capped around 85 km/h.
- Lethal hits still roll a survival chance: 5% base + up to 15%
- If you survive, Physical Resistance, perks, the pedestrian damage slider, and helmet protection reduce damage.
- Slow-mo, blindness, and Netwatch glitch FX are configurable.
- Being drunk disables the custom Roadkill pedestrian logic, so impacts use vanilla behaviour until you sober up.
Vehicle Crashes
Crashes use delta-V, meaning speed lost during the collision, A 120 km/h crash that slows you to 40 km/h counts as an 80 km/h delta-V crash.
- Crashes below 20 km/h delta-V are ignored.
- Base instant-kill threshold starts at 100 km/h delta-V.
