You can either get the car with the CET command:
Game. GetVehicleSystem():EnablePlayerVehicle('Vehicle.hyundai_n_vision_74_basic', true, false)
or aquire it via the Virtual Car Dealer
NeHooYeY added an optional file that let's you remove the spoiler by hitting a single key!
In the CET menu go to Bindings. You will find a Key for the spoiler of the car.
Select any key and press that key while sitting in a key, now the spoiler will hide!
