Public Service Announcement

If you use Equipment-Ex, you will probably have to take additional steps to use these with pants. Due to the way Eqipment-Ex works, it will attempt to stuff any pant legs into the boots, no matter what. This will look bad. To fix that hover with the mouse over the pants and hold F. A dialog will open that lets you select a different slot. Choose "Legs/Outer" and the pants will go over the boots. If you still want a shirt to go over the pants instead of tucking in, repeat the process with the shirt and put it at least into "Torso/Outer". It's a bit annoying, but not an issue with the boots.
