📋 About This Mod
5y_SbnPx_cE
After completing my first fully modded runthough, I wanted to completely level up my streetkid's perks. I created the Simple Enemy Spawner mod to, well... spawn enemies and it helped in grinding nearly all the perks. Crafting is easy done using the native game mechanics, but Breach Protocol is a bit of a pain, especially if you ran through using a non-netrunning build. So, Hack the Planet was born. finley243's awesome mod, Better Netrunning - Hacking Reworked was a great help in pointing me to the CP2077 function that needed altering. If this isn't enough, look at rmk1234's Simple XP Multiplier mod to allow you to assign multipliers to individual XP assignments.
This mod uses Native Settings UI by NexusGuy999/keanuWheeze to set two options:
-
[]Reinitialize Access Points - If true, access points will reset themselves to be hacked again. It will reward quickhack components and Breach Protocol experience for each successful hack minigame, but money should only be rewarded once.Note: Access Points objects (not computer, vending machines, etc. access points) that have been hacked prior to installing the mod may require a save and reload of the save to trigger the access point "Jack In" option.[]Hack the Planet - If true, Computers, Vending Machines, Confession Booths, Arcade Machines, Pachinko Machines, and Ice Machines, that are connected to a network and powered, can be hacked without an ability check. The easiest way to determine if an object is hackable is to scan the object and if the "Ping" quickhack option is available, then the "Jack In" option will be shown as you approach the object. It will reward quickhack components and Breach Protocol experience for each successful hack minigame, but money should only be rewarded once.

⚠️ Cons
- Description is bare-bones—no details on which devices or how it changes gameplay.
- Potential balance issues if it makes hacking too easy or too repetitive.
