📋 About This Mod
Gold-Plated Interface, my sweet little netrunning baby.
This collection started as a few Frontal Cortex modules and quickly spiraled into 23 Iconic brain-melting implants, including 6 cyberdecks and a wickedly-fun monowire. These monsters provide everything a netrunner could need to slink in the shadows, detonate a crowd of gangoons, or terrorize Max-Tac with smart weapons. It’s enough raw power to ace any gig, liquidate any cyberpsycho, or add Adam Smasher to a Furry-fetish distribution list.
For anyone who likes to maximize their time before the big job, all of these implants are available in tiers 1 through 5++ and can be purchased in the Watson area.
Now that the Gemini II project is coming to a close, I’ll be revisiting GPI to make improvements and bring it up-to-code, so to speak. Be sure to leave a comment with any questions or recommendations you have.
INSTALLATIONIt couldn’t be easier. Just download one of the 3 main files:
- []Normal - Cyberware Capacity range is 30 to 50. You won't be able to chip them all without additional mods.
[
]Reduced - Cyberware Capacity range is 15 to 25. You could reasonably chip the whole set. So shiny.[]None - Cyberware Capacity is 0. It's your game so play it how you want, you absolute psychopath.
Your choice also affects the Cyberware Capacity of base-game netrunning Iconics: Axolotl, COX-2 Cybersomatic Optimizer, Militech Canto, NetWatch Netdriver, Quantum Tuner, & RAM Reallocator
Vortex is the preferred installation method. To install manually, just unzip the files into your installation folder.
COMPATIBILITYBeing primarily driven by TweakXL, this mod should have no conflicts with any other mods.
KRT Tendons MK3: The ability to both charge- and double-jump is normally locked by the game’s locomotion scripts. Installing either Cyberware-EX or Gemini II Interlinked unlocks that feature.
Kiroshi “Futodama” & “Hiruko” Optics: Both are compatible with Kiroshi Optics Night Vision Mod. To avoid a common bug with custom optic implants being forced into a ghost slot, I have removed the code that would allow both Optics implants to be installed together using Cyberware-EX. They can still be installed alongside other vanilla cyberware.
WHERE DO I BUYTo sync with the Gemini II distribution (and alleviate poor Vik’s inventory), these mods have been spread across Night City’s rippers:
[]Buck's Clinic, Kabuki, Watson: Arms, Legs
[]Doc Ryder, Northside, Watson: Hands, Integumentary System
[]Dr. Chrome, Kabuki, Watson: Nervous System, Skelet
