📋 About This Mod
A 25 car garage next to H10, made as an accessory for the V's Edgerunners Mansion - Apartment DLC but made to work standalone as well. No quests are affected and shouldn't conflict with anything that doesn't edit the surrounding area of said mod. Is a garage really useful, specially one that big? No, of course... But still the OCD kicked in and wanted to do it as such.

The mod removes several collisions, proxy meshes and AI crowd targets. It has been somewhat tested without any bugs but still consider it as experimental. If you get any bug please report so I can find the culprit and zap it out!
The mod doesn't require the mod Improved Vehicle Persistence to function, but without it you basically get an empty space that resets every time you leave the sector.
