Corpo Plaza - Entrance Cleanup and Garage (works only on 2.21)

Having to limit your vehicular purchases because there's just no parking spaces in night city? Have to walk through garbage and dumpsters in an unoccupied space outside your apartment building where hobos of all kinds can use public benches as their new suites? Is your investment going to hell as gangs tag up the walls?

We at the Corpo Plaza Building hear your cries for help. In order to cater to the needs of the elite of Night City, we are pleased to announce the remodelling of our building's foyer, to remove all public space and convert it to a luxurious private garage. The previously open space beneath the overhang now hosts a two story parking lot, with enough space for at least 10 cars (more, for those dexterous behind the wheel) and if that weren't enough, we also have remodelled the alleyway to store 8 more cars.

A small alleyway was left for the emergency exits of Empathy club, and two drop points were installed. Why walk those insufferable 200ft towards the nearest drop point, when you can just install your own right in your foyer! With also a sponsored vending machine from Nicola - Taste the Love!

Optional file to open up the second floor and use it as a landing pad for Excaliburs on request of a tenant.

The mod removes several collisions, proxy meshes and AI crowd targets. It has been thoroughly tested without any bugs but still consider it as experimental. If you get any bug please report so I can find the culprit and zap it out!

The mod doesn't require the mod Improved Vehicle Persistence to function, but it's recommended for you to be able to keep the cars inside the garage without despawning.

  Install the Zip File with Mod Organizer 2 and activate, or unzip manually and drop in the base game folder.

  To uninstall just remove this mod's .xl file from your directory.
