Flushing Etiquette

Either food in NC creates zero waste, or V is sporting some kind of chromed-up intestine. You can no longer escape nature's call.

You must now manage V's Bowel & Bladder and Hygiene levels in real-time. Failing to manage your bodily functions will result in severe social penalties, public humiliation, or even death.

🚽 The Bowel & Bladder System

What goes in must come out. Every time you consume food or drinks, your Bowel & Bladder meter will increase. You have to clear your meter regularly to avoid any penalties.

Bear in mind of other variables which will affect your meter too.

• []Diet: Consuming food, drinks, and alcohol increases your meter based on the item's quality. (Lower tier food fills you up faster).[/]
  • []Risk vs. Reward Flushing: Interacting with a toilet at 50% capacity or higher clears your bowels. Each flush rolls the dice:[/]

    - Good Shit: V experiences great relief, granting a temporary Stamina or Carry Capacity boost.

  - Bad Shit: V groans in pain, denying you your buffs.

  (The higher your meter, the higher the chance of a Bad Shit!)

  • []Food Poisoning: Eating cheap, low-tier street food has a chance to trigger food poisoning, instantly spiking your meter to 100%.[/]
    • []Emergency Piss Bottle: Stuck in traffic or out in the badlands with no toilet in sight? If you hit 100% pressure while in an owned car, you can take a quick piss to relieve 10% of your meter (24-hour in-game cooldown).[/]
      • []Soiled: When your meter hits 100%, the screen flashes and a timer begins. If you don't find a toilet before the timer runs out, V violently shits their pants. You will either permanently lose Street Cred, and NPCs will flee or even die from embarrassment. (Soiling yourself will also decay your hygiene to 0% immediately)[/]
        • []Dark Future integration: Lose or gain nerve depending on whether you had a good shit or bad shit.[/]
          • []Food spoilage integration: Food poisoning triggered from expired food will trigger food poisoning in this mod as well.
            • []Chromed up: As V install and replaces their body with cyberware and implants their biological needs diminishes. Increase of meter is reduced by a percentage based on amount of cyberware V has equipped capped at 50% reduction.
