📋 About This Mod
Search, category tabs, sorting and more inside the native vehicle call menu (hold V): Favorites, Recent, Cars, Motorcycles, Armed, hide vehicles you never use. No extra windows. English and PT-BR.
FindMyRide
Unlock forty cars and the call-a-vehicle list turns into a wall of names you have to scroll past every single time, hunting for the one bike you actually drive. Vanilla gives you no search, no filter, no way to hide the seven vehicles you unlocked once and never touched again.
So I put a search bar and category tabs straight into the popup you already use.
🤖 What it does
Hold V like always. The same native popup now has search and tabs built in - no overlay, no separate window, nothing else to open.
🔍 Search and tabs
-
[]Tab to search - type part of a name or manufacturer ("911", "rayfield", "kusanagi") and the list filters live. "type66" still finds "Type-66".[/]
[]Category tabs cycle with Left/Right (D-pad or LB/RB on gamepad): All, Favorites, Recent, Cars, Motorcycles, Armed - each with a live match counter, and the one you had open is remembered next time.[/]
[]Recent keeps your last 10 summons, saved with the game. H (Y on gamepad) hides a vehicle you never use into its own Hidden tab; press again to bring it back.[/]
[]The panel footer shows the real key or button icons, switching with whatever you last used.[/]
[]The selected vehicle shows manufacturer, type, production year, horsepower and drive layout.[/]
[]Vehicles that appear twice with the same name (paint variants) are merged into one entry - the favorite or the one you called last.[/]
⚙ Sorting and settings
-
[]Sort by game order, manufacturer or type, with favorites pinned on top unless you turn that off.[/]
[]The vanilla "vehicle delivery is still in Beta" disclaimer gets out of the way too.[/]
[]Panel color to match your style: cyan, yellow or red.[/]
[]With Mod Settings installed you get a menu for all of it - sort order, favorites-first, remembered category, disclaimer hiding, paint-variant merge, panel color. Without it, the mod just runs on sane defaults.[/]
Honest limit: search typing uses physical key positions (US layout). Not an issue in practice since every vehicle name is plain ASCII, but it means the search box itself doesn't localize to your keyboard layout.
📦 Installation
Install every requirement below first - without them the search bar never shows up. Then use Vortex / Mod Organizer 2, or extract the archive by hand into the game's root folder (the one with bin, archive and r6 inside):
...\Cyberpunk 2077\
The files land at:
-
[]r6/scripts/FindMyRide/[/]
Updating: delete the old FindMyRide folder before dropping the new one in.
-
[]r6/scripts/FindMyRide/[/]
-
[]Sort by game order, manufacturer or type, with favorites pinned on top unless you turn that off.[/]
