After the Heist, the Relic becomes your safety net. When V's health hits zero, an emergency stabilization protocol initiates instead of a normal flatline screen.

You don’t simply respawn. V is transported to a nearby safe location within the district where they died or dumped in a nearby alleyway.

From the neon clinics of Little China to forgotten corners of Pacifica, each revival feels grounded within the world.

Johnny Silverhand reacts dynamically to your failures with official dialogue, custom voiced additions, context-aware death reactions, and escalating sarcasm & annoyance based on your death frequency.
