I was kind of shocked when I noticed that thrown knives just disappear - this totally ruined my new poison / stealth playthrough...
So here it is, a small redscript file to get rid of this problem :)
There are two versions now:
- Unlimited, which immediately restores your thrown knife
- Recoverable, which provides the possibility to pick up your knife upon throwing
