Eden Plaza - Charter Hill Player Penthouse (World Builder)

Description:

An all new player home in the Charter Hill district previously with no player home available. Complete with a parking garage, lobby, large terrace, rooftop pool, sauna, shooting range and over 40 interactions! It took me over a month to make this mod, including hours of polishing. However, I am still new to modding and with the scope of the mod, I may have missed things so let me know of any issues, suggestions are welcome as well (no promises).

- Added a basement level which includes a shooting range & gun storage room

- Two mod versions are now available - with or without landing pads

- Added optional file that adds AVs to the landing pads

- Fixed smartframes so they now auto load images without having to interact with them after loading a save
